2.1. Product Description: We strive to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content is error-free..

2.2. Due to the difference in color display on screens, colors may not be displayed perfectly.

2.3. All goods are handcrafted and not all designs may be done in the same colors. There may be small differences in colors used in some design elements

2.4. Customization: Personalized and custom orders are made according to the specifications provided by the customer. Please review your order details carefully before submitting as these items are non-refundable.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs which will be calculated at the end, before submitting your final order.

3.2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website. Full payment is required at the time of order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping: We offer various shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and shipping method selected and covers the exact cost of postage, we do not charge for packaging or handling.

4.2. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. You will be provided a tracking number so you can locate your package and estimate it’s date of delivery.

4.3. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. Return Policy: We accept returns of non-customized products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

5.2. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

5.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. Warranty: We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
